Nathan began his career on the audit side of Arthur Andersen and Deloitte, and later served as Finance Manager spearheading M&A projects for C&S Wholesale Grocers, Inc., one of the top ten largest privately held companies in USA (now based in Keene, NH).

Nathan founded Ferguson & Alexander, CPA PC a tax planning and estate planning firm based in Keene, NH that also served as family office for one large real estate holding family based in NYC. Since 2006, Nathan has focused his practice on the growing tax needs of small-to-medium sized private companies and their family business owners, as well as structuring and administering intergenerational trusts.

Nathan has advised both buyers and sellers on business acquisitions and divestitures, helping structure necessary financing working with lenders throughout the local region.
